i’m so glad you’re here.

I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker practicing in the state of California. I specialize in working with survivors of complex trauma including sexual abuse, physical abuse and emotional abuse. I often work with those who grew up with emotionally immature/unavailable parents.

I also specialize in treating those struggling with addiction and process addictions. I have a passion for working with survivors of institutional trauma (ex: Religious Institutions and “The Troubled Teen” Industry).

I am intensively trained in Exposure & Response Prevention therapy, which is the gold standard for the treatment of OCD.

I am an LGBTQ+ and BIPOC affirmative therapist. I take a warm, collaborative approach while honoring your right to self-determination.

I provide individual therapy to folks age 5+. I also work with couples and families.

I have practiced at a wide range of clinical settings including non-profit organizations, homeless services, and psychiatric hospitals.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my toy poodle, Rhody, reading, and playing Squash (the sport, not the vegetable)!
